How To Apply For Help
Applying for help from The UDR Benevolent Fund is simple and confidential. If you or a family member need support, please get in touch with us directly by phone or email. A member of our team will talk you through the process and help gather any information we need to assess your request. In some cases, we will arrange for one of our partner organisations to carry out a home visit or follow-up call or to complete an application form.
These caseworkers, whose knowledge and expertise are of the highest level, will deal with any issue sensitively and confidentially, however as part of a grant application process, personal information and supporting documentation will be required. Every application is considered on a case-by-case basis, with compassion, respect, and discretion.
